Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to all purchases made through our website, skinderella.co.uk. Please read them carefully before placing an order. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. About us
skinderella.co.uk is operated by Skinderella Aesthetics Ltd. We are registered in Scotland under company number SC642400. Our registered office is at Unit 10, Flexspace Business Centre, Bellgrave Street, Bellshill, ML4 3NP.
2. Your status
By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and are buying as a consumer, not for business or resale purposes. You also confirm that the information you give us is accurate and complete.
3. Products
We make every effort to display our products accurately. However, colours, textures and packaging may vary slightly from images shown on screen. Packaging may also change from time to time.
Product descriptions, ingredients lists and usage instructions are provided for guidance. It is your responsibility to check the ingredients for any allergies or sensitivities before purchase. We strongly recommend carrying out a patch test before using any new product. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any medical condition. If you have a skin condition or concern, please seek advice from a medical professional.
4. Orders and contract
When you place an order, you will receive an email acknowledging it. This does not mean your order has been accepted. Our acceptance takes place when we email you to confirm dispatch. At that point, a contract is formed between you and us.
We may decline an order if a product is out of stock, if we cannot authorise payment, or if there is an obvious error in the price or description. If we cannot accept your order, we will tell you and refund any payment taken.
5. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown at checkout.
We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed. If a product is mistakenly listed at an obviously incorrect price, we are not obliged to supply it at that price.
Payment is taken at the time of ordering. All payments are processed securely.
6. Delivery
We currently deliver to UK addresses only. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control, such as courier delays or severe weather.
Risk in the products passes to you on delivery. Ownership passes to you once we have received full payment.
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos.
7. Cancellations, returns and refunds
Because of the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on products that have been opened or unsealed after delivery, for health protection and hygiene reasons. Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Full details are set out in our Refund & Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights for faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods.
8. Our liability
If we fail to comply with these Terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach or our negligence. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable.
We are not liable for reactions caused by ingredients that are correctly listed on the product or its description. We are also not liable for problems caused by misuse of a product or failure to follow usage instructions.
We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for breach of your legal rights as a consumer.
9. Website use and intellectual property
All content on skinderella.co.uk, including text, images, logos and product designs, belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.
We try to keep our website available and free of errors, but we cannot guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or free of viruses.
10. Your personal information
We use your personal information only as set out in our Privacy Policy.
11. Events outside our control
We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations caused by events outside our reasonable control. If this happens, we will contact you as soon as possible. If the delay is likely to be substantial, you may cancel your order and receive a refund for products you have paid for but not received.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The Terms that apply to your order are those in force when you placed it.
13. Other important terms
If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest will remain in full effect. If we delay enforcing any of these Terms, we can still enforce them later.
14. Complaints
If you have a complaint, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve it quickly.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the law of Scotland. You can bring legal proceedings in the courts of [Scotland / England and Wales]. If you live in another part of the UK, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
